Correct Craft’s new CEO, Zach Hutcheson, has officially taken up his position, with Bill Yeargin stepping down following 20 years in the role.

Yeargin, who announced his departure in 2025, says, “I have thoroughly enjoyed leading Correct Craft. Any success we have had has resulted from a wonderful team that has joined me on this journey; we have done some amazing things together.”

Hutcheson, who has been the chief financial officer of Correct Craft since December 2022, has been with the company since 2014. The firm is currently seeking a replacement CFO.

Yeargin has transitioned to being Correct Craft’s board chair.

“Bill’s leadership has left a permanent mark on Correct Craft,” says Hutcheson. “For 20 years, he has elevated culture, invested deeply in people and challenged us to chase impact. His legacy is not only what the company achieved, but how it achieved it, with purpose and a genuine commitment to making life better.”

During Yeargin’s tenure, the business reached a revenue milestone of $1bn.

“It has been an honour to serve this team for the past 20 years,” says Yeargin. “Correct Craft’s strength has always been our people and our culture.

“Zach is the right leader for this next chapter,” he adds. “We’ve worked side by side to prepare for this transition, and I have full confidence in his ability to lead with clarity.”
